Training offer category BE
On the road with a trailer, semi-trailer, trailer, caravan or a trailer? Then in many cases you will need a separate BE driving licence.
WHEN IS A BE DRIVING LICENSE NEEDED?
You need a BE driving licence if you want to tow a trailer or semi-trailer weighing more than 750 kilos (including load capacity) and the weight of the total mass (car + trailer) is heavier than 3,500 kilos.
For lighter combinations, where the trailer does not weigh more than 750 kg or the total weight of the combination does not exceed 3500 kg, a standard B driving licence is sufficient.
GETTING A BE DRIVING LICENSE
To obtain the BE driving license, you must take a practical exam at the CBR. You do not need to take a theory exam for your BE driving license. Of course, you must already be in possession of your B driving license to be allowed to follow a trailer driving course.
At Driving School VAN DER EIJK are you following a 1-day training, followed by the CBR exam. This way you can get your trailer license in 1 day! Do you have no experience with driving a car with a trailer and/or reversing? No problem. We advise you to an intake to follow.
